Well, if someone is banned from this site it's not without good reason. The moderators don't get personal with things like that, this is not a site of petty grudges etc. Perhaps you should ask (via PM) Quincy Wisdom he's the admin here.

Yes i KNOW he is admin and owner of this site and husky lover was not contacted AT ALL,he went to log in and could not,it could be a mistake of the system,will see tomorrow.i have heard that there IS a person here with a bit of a pitbull manner but i don't know who it is.i saw it mentioned on another forum,no names were mentioned.The message that i saw was "the globalpaw forum has some nice users BUT there is a person there with a pitbull manner"

If the problem is they can't log in, I seriously doubt they've been banned and I suggest that you contact Quincy and let him know the problem.
I refuse to believe Quincy or one of the moderators wouldn't contact someone, who has been very active in the community, to tell them they've been banned, that's ridiculous.
You shouldn't jump to conclusions like that, it's extremely rude to assume we are that callous. I have yet to see one person have a negative interaction with Husky lover and I personally think they appear to be exactly the kind of person we want on this forum.
So unless you and I have missed some major drama (and we may of...anything is possible) I suggest you either keep your assumtions to yourself and let Husky lover sort it out or help them out by figuring out what the computer error is that is stopping them from logging in.

And just because someone on another forum mentions that there is "A" person with a "pitbull" manner, doesn't mean they're A: Right or B: not just pissed off at someone not agreeing with them.
It takes many different personalities to make up a forum and not all of them will get along. Fact of life.
Don't let someone elses opinion effect your own experiences. This is a great board, and a great bunch of people.

silverke - I assume 'pitbull' manner means that the person is mean or is nice sometimes but can turn mean at any moment.

First, I'd like to say that 'Malamute' and 'Husky Lover' are the same people. So, Malamute has also been banned, as well any other account created by him.

I cannot divulge the specific reasons why husky was banned for security and privacy concerns. I will say that his ban came after days and days of talk, ending with a 'final straw' in the chat room. We felt he posed a threat to the members of GlobalPaw, and it was in the best interest of the community if he was no longer welcome here.

We do not make a habit of informing people of a ban. Certain members, when banned, will see a private forum for them to speak with moderators after a ban, husky was not granted this. The only message husky got upon being banned was a simple message saying that his account had been disabled.

I would like to stress the seriousness of this situation...several months ago, we had to call police and start an investigation for the very same offense husky was attempting to commit.

I would like to thank all of you for understanding, and defending GlobalPaw.
