Question .... foxie and JRT?

Hi all....

A couple of years ago I purchased for my uncle a "JRT" when I bought him I was assured he was a purebred however suprise suprise I did not get any papers..... ever. Nor did I get to see the parents.

He was $200.00 canadian so yeah.

When he was a puppy he looked like my dads "JRT" alot.. but now he is 3 and he has long legs his head is quite big and it is quite long as well put him beside my dads (no have not done that since they are male and female and un altered) and they look nothing alike... could it be that he is part foxie or what are some other possibilities?

This is just a question .. I am curious ever since I got him for my uncle back i n canada.

As the old saying goes........buyer beware! If your going to buy a dog, make sure you get to see at least the mom, get the papers to fill out and submit AND a contract. I'm sure what ever this little guy is, he is very muched loved by your uncle.

oh for sure they are inseprable to boot! Almost as soon as he got him his allergies started to show he is allergic to grass dust and so much else.. honestly... and he's so big!

There are short legged and long legged JRT, so he may well be a JRT.

I know my friends JRT and one of her friends have JRT's from the same litter, and they look NOTHING alike. I would have never guesses, untill they told me!
