I have a 2 year old Maltese, Molly. She is 4 lbs. I am looking to make my own dog food for her and don't know where to begin. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I'm researching adding a puppy to our home and was wondering if you guys would be able to tell me a few pro's and con's about adding a maltese to our family. I've read that the breed is friendly and fairly adaptable, but what are your experiences with owning a Maltese or Maltese mix? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The only downside I noticed with my Nico is that he needed professional grooming and small dogs are prone to having tooth decay. You will need to keep on top of it from day one.

Other than that, he was confident, easy to train (even if he was deaf)...and good with the five children in our family.

Do your research and find a reputable breeder who shows their dogs and does health testing.
