A couple here in town had their 10 year old baby die because of the bad dog food, and it only took a couple of days after she became sick.
You should get your dog to the Vet. ASAP.

Make sure that you have your vet sign something that says that he/she believes the illness was caused by the food, and then petition the company to have them reimburse you for vet expenses.

For your puppy to still be sick after 11 weeks is quite serious. 11 weeks is a VERY long time! Have you taken her to the vet inbetween then and now? If you haven't I suggest you take her as soon as possible.
