As a doting owner of a long hair chihuahua I thought I might put a little info and the obligatory picture in

Chihuahua's are the priginal bed bugs and like to be with you 100% of the time so they are not a dog to get if you are going to be abscent for long periods of time.
Wonderful pets for appartment owners as they require no great excersise regime.
I dont reccomend them to people with small children becasue chi's are fragile and children can be over zealous in their affection

Contrary to popular belief these little fur kids are not nasty or aggressive. Mine think any lap is good value even the visitors

If you buy from a reputable breeder then they can live long lives.

My aunt has a long haired chihuahua . He is a light brown, not as pretty as yours, but he is an awesome dog. My 2 Shih Tzu's love to play with him.

What a darling.
MY mo hate chihuahuas because she thinks they are little nappy dogs who yip all the time. I always tell her to stop sterotyping dogs, that All they need is some trinaing! But I think They are Darling dogs!

She's darling. She has her feet firmly planted on your suitcase. She says, "Don't go away Mom!" I love Chihuahuas. They are lovely little companions. Thanks for sharing that info and your beautiful photo of Chloe.

I have had Chihuahuas for 21 years and just love everything about them, I would only ever have Chihuahuas if i could.

She's is a beautiful little girl. I wanted a black and tan when I got Delsi 13 years ago. I really miss looking into my Delsi's big brown eyes. She's never been a barker, loves adults, kids, babies, animals and doctors.

She has played with my grandkids since they were infants........not a problem. I don't think it's the dogs you have to worry about getting hurt, but more how the kids are trained to interact with the tiny breeds. I now have a 2 pound Yorkie that LOVES playing with little kids. I do supervise though. She isn't a toy.

She is beautiful!! I love my little longhaired Teddy Bear Chi. He is a Brindle and very unusual looking.
