Dog Treat Recipies Whats tasty?

Hi. I am new here and not sure if I am posting in the right place so sorry if this is out of place. I have a shih-tzu and a malti-poo.

I was wondering if anyone has tried making any of the homemade treats that are posted on this site and if there are any easy ones in paticular that your dogs liked?

I do doggie daycare out of my home so I go through the treats like crazy and thought I maybe could save some $$ making my own.

I haven't tried making any of the treats , I am on vacation so I don't even have pepper with me ..

thanks for the welcome! Yes I love doggie daycare. It is really fun and it is what I love doing and I can do it at home and get paid. I only watch small breed dogs. I love the large breeds too but I am better with the smaller ones plus it is out of my home so I can watch more.

I like to feed raw baby carrots, string cheese, and bits of apples for treats. They usually get meat, meat, and more meat so fruits and sweet veggies are welcomed.

Your welcome! Yeah it sounds like a fun job! Ahh .... dang! They must be good doggies if you go through treats very fast!

I agree with Beryl , although I don't know ( just happens to my pup maybe..?) that when we feed her carrots she has loose stool..but that is probably because of the change.

Thanks. I have tried the carrots and mine do not like them and so far only one that I doggie sit likes them. Yes, mine all love the meat too!
