Did I do the right thing?

I contacted a Husky rescue about coming to pick up a Husky that has been running around my house....

The people around here are threatening to shoot him.Including my dad.
He comes around into people's yards & digs in them & attacks small animals.

Did I do the right thing by contacting them?

Of course. You're saving the life of the animal, and the frustrations of the people around you.

I didn't give a whole lot of info to the rescue people.Do you think that they will think I'm a fraud?

If they get the dog, I think that's pretty good proof that you're not one.

Well all i said in the e-mail was,"There is a dog running around my house.He needs to be picked up!"

That could be the proof of a Fraud,like the e-mail I got about that Pit Bull the person was gonna shoot....There never was a Pit Bull.
