Dobies and Cold Weather
Everything I read says Dobermans dislike cold weather and prefer it warmer. Mine is the complete opposite! He loves to run in the cold and play in the snow, but he wears out a lot quicker when it is warm out. Has anyone else noticed this with their Dobies?

I have no dobies but the breeder even told us that same thing about our Boxer and it's the opposite w/him too...When it snows we can't even get him to come inside yet in the summer when it's humid it's horrible on him...go figure..

My dobie Tufaan was afraid of the snow when he first saw it, but now he loves it! I had a dobe named Sami once that got cold easily so he had a special coat he would wear, But he still liked going outside. Mine love to run and chase eachother, and they love snowballs, and stealing the noses off snowmen. my minpins think they are crazy, they hate snow!
